Are refurbished products previously returned items?

Some refurbished products may originate from customer returns, demonstration units, or products that required servicing. Every refurbished unit undergoes inspection, testing, repair (if necessary), and quality verification before being approved for resale.

Refurbished products must pass MOZA's functional testing standards before shipment.

Does the R3 deliver strong force feedback for serious sim racing?

Absolutely. The R3 features a direct drive motor with 3.9Nm of peak torque—offering significantly more precision and road feel than gear or belt-driven systems. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned racer, you'll experience smooth, detailed feedback and faster lap times.

Does the refurbished product include the original retail packaging and accessories?

Refurbished products may not include the original retail packaging. Replacement packaging may be used to ensure safe delivery.

Essential accessories required for operation are included. However, non-essential items such as printed manuals, stickers, or promotional materials may not always be included.

Can I customize settings like force feedback and pedal sensitivity?

Yes! Using the MOZA Pit House software, you can fine-tune force feedback strength, button mappings, pedal dead zones, and more. You’ll also get access to firmware updates that keep your gear performing at its best.
