MOZA HGP Shifter

Really happy with the Moza HGP Shifter. It feels strong, well-built, and very realistic when shifting. The gears click in perfectly and it makes driving way more immersive. Definitely worth it if you want a proper manual experience.

Calibration was a pain. It took me several attempts, trying several firmware versions. This definitely should not be the task of the user, but should be done in factory.
With everybody kneeling at the holy altar of Updating for decades, it's a bit offputting that I needed to flash the oldest firmware available to get the device to work properly.
Also, the necessary software for calibration and firmware management should be made available for Linux.

Wasn’t sure what to expect at this price, but the HGP Shifter really surprised me. It’s all metal, feels super solid, and the shifts are clicky and satisfying. It just works, no fuss. Definitely a solid piece of kit for the setup.

Really great shifter love the sounds it makes just really disappointing that it doesnt have sequential shifter built in like others

I have the complete MOZA system, wheels, base, pedals, rod extension, and now the shifter. The products are amazing but the customer service is a real joke. I have a problem with the rod cable and after many back and forth, the customer care wanted to charge me 30USD to send me a new cable as it was my fault. I never seen the cable and I need to improvise a new one to solve my issue. This was after show my insatisfaction in a facebook group. This shifter, I didn't have any delivery information because the web wasn't updated. I requested information and I am waiting until now. Luckily the products are amazing (except the extension rod that I have problems) because the customer care is unfortunately the worse, even for the bad standards I am used to.
