Refund policy
Effective as of June 19, 2026
1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. If your order is successfully canceled, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
2. 14-Day Return Policy
You have the right to request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your product without giving any reason. You are permitted to open the packaging and test the product to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. However, if the product is returned with signs of use, activation, or mounting that go beyond reasonable inspection, a deduction may be made from your refund corresponding to the diminished value of the goods.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items (No-Cost Returns)
If your product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item:
You are eligible for a full refund or replacement. MOZA Racing will cover:
- Product cost
- Original shipping cost
- Return shipping cost
We will also:
- Refund applicable taxes and duties, or
- Assist you in reclaiming them through the carrier or customs process
You will not be responsible for any costs caused by product defects or shipping errors.
4. Non-Defective Returns (Change of Mind)
If you wish to return a product for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind):
The customer is responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
Original standard shipping fees will be refunded, but any express shipping surcharges are non-refundable. Items must still meet the eligibility conditions outlined in Section 2.
5. Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The request is made more than 14 days after delivery
- Original packaging, accessories, or documentation are missing, or the product shows signs of unauthorized modification, disassembly, or damage caused by external factors (fire, flood, impact, etc.)
- Serial numbers, labels, or seals have been altered or removed
- Proof of purchase is missing or invalid
- The item is not shipped/dispatched back to us within 14 days after return approval
(Note: Products showing signs of use or activation are subject to the value-deduction rules stated in Section 2)
6. High-Value Item Policy (Orders Over €500)
For high-value products, MOZA Racing may:
- Request photo or video evidence for reported issues
- Require product return for inspection before issuing a refund or replacement
- Decline requests in cases of suspected fraud or abuse
7. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return within 14 days of delivery, you can submit a self-serve request via your customer account, fill out our standard form at https://eu.mozaracing.com/pages/withdraw , or contact us directly at [email protected].
8. Refund Processing
Once your return shipment arrives at our warehouse, it must undergo a standard inspection and inventory check. After this inbound clearance is approved, your refund will be automatically processed and issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is sent.
9. Important Notice Regarding Payment Disputes (Chargebacks)
Please contact our support team directly to resolve any refund or return issues. If you initiate a formal payment dispute or chargeback through your bank or credit card issuer:
- Your order funds will be immediately frozen by the payment processor.
- Our support team will be completely locked out and unable to process any voluntary refunds or speed up the transaction.
- The case will be handed over to the bank's formal arbitration process, which typically takes 60 to 90 days to resolve.
To receive your refund as quickly as possible, we strongly advise against opening a dispute and recommend working directly with our team.
10. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not arrived:
- Check your bank or credit card account
- Contact your payment provider

11. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized products
- Clearance or final sale items

12. No Restocking Fee
MOZA Racing does not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.
